Supply & Demand aka Jubbz: born Julian Chambers 32 years ago into a musical family; a lot of his family members were from the great group of the 80's, Mutumbi. Growing up being influenced by the sounds of reggae, soul, blues and jazz, it wasn't long before he formed his own sound system with friends he grew up with. During his late teens before the Hardcore scene erupted, he experienced the rave scene, although he was still playing his sound system he felt the rave scene was his freedom. After years on the rave scene the idea of making music was becoming too intense. 1993 was the beginning, Supply & Demand was formed, a production force specialising in electronic music to the finest quality, combining vocals with different elements and making music from the heart.
The first label to put out a taste of what this producer had to offer was Congo Natty Records. They were then followed by Mix n Blend, owned by DJ Kenny Ken, who became home and family to Supply & Demand. This involvment with Kenny Ken meant time to perfect and create his true sound and style.
During his musical journey he has worked with many labels including V Recordings run by Bryan G and Jumpin Jack Frost.
Currently working on Supply & Demand productions, a management team of vocalists, producers, rappers and musicians from London, Canada, LA and Miami, continuing to push the UK sound of Drum & Bass.
