Earodynamics are -
Dan Buskell - a drummer by trade and experienced in live performance, recording, writing and arranging many styles of music. He takes his inspiration from all over the world drawing on his knowledge of Latin percussion, Indian classical music, African rhythms, Japanese taiko drumming and a love of music new and old. He plays drum kit, tabla, djembe, udu, hand percussion and guitar and has remixed and produced tracks for many people including Sony artist Ellie Lawson.
Although Dan loves playing live he feels more comfortable in the studio where he is able to develop his passion for programming and composing music for film, video games and TV. He is influenced by composers such as Ennio Morricone, Lalo Schifrin, David Holmes and David Arnold.
It was in the studio that Dan and Dave first started working together producing commercial rock tracks for bands and then working on two albums for an underground grunge project. During this period they managed to blend their different styles and influences and create a hard edgy, rhythmical sound but still incorporating lush string arrangements and intricate guitar melodies.
Dave Eve has over a decade of professional experience in production, recording, mixing and arrangement. he has worked with an diverse range of styles and has an eager ear for all music with a particular interest in film and video game soundtracks.
In 2004, dave opened a dedicated 5.1 surround equipped studio where he is able to work. His work is influenced by classic thematic composers Eric Sorra, John Williams and Jerry Goldsmith, as well as modern atmospheric such as DJ Shadow, Massive Attack and Sunna.
He enjoys composing music that inspires the listener and focuses emotion and visual content. |
